The position of Executive Assistant will be based out of our Carrollton, TX location!

Summary

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day support to a Senior level leader and their direct reports as needed. Responsible for calendar management, correspondence, presentation preparation, travel arrangements, meeting planning/organization, expense reconciliation, policy enforcement, etc.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform administrative duties for Senior management. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making/coordinating U.S. and international travel arrangements, preparing presentations, reports, and financial data
  • Compose and type routine correspondence and advanced level presentations
  • Organizes and maintains file system
  • Heavy calendar management. Coordinate leadership's schedule and makes appointments
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities
  • Manage all meeting space and internal video equipment needs for meetings/events
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • High School or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of executive assistant experience
  • 3+ years supporting a C-level executive preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience and/or office management experience preferred

  • Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
